To current BCBS of NC customers, be on the lookout for a letter in December!

You will be able to keep your 2013 plan, or switch to the new ACA plans that are offered. You will be able to do either........look for the letter early December Good news: Most of our non-grandfathered individual customers will be able to keep their current health plans for another year. This includes customers with Blue Advantage®, Blue Advantage SaverSM, Blue ValueSM and Blue Options HSA whose plans were in place as of Oct. 1, 2013. These customers will have two options. To automatically renew their 2013 plan on Jan. 1 for another year OR choose an ACA-compliant plan, which might come with additional benefits and a subsidy.
